Does there have to be a power socket where the screen goes?
Not always. There are outdoor totems powered by a rechargeable battery, made precisely so they can stand where they are needed rather than where the power is.
For setups that change often there are also totems on mobile stands with a folding structure, which move and store away without a technician at every changeover.
